"FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION" of my participation in the Session, I hereby agree that I shall not assert any responsibility or liability adverse to Eating In/Creative Catering LLC, including, but not limited to “Eating In” and their directors, officers, agents, members, representatives, and employees, in any manner whatsoever, for any aspect of the Session.

I understand and agree that I will be solely responsible for, and assume the risk of, the food handling procedures which I employ during the course of the Session or after any food prepared by me is removed from Eating In's premises including, but not limited to, the freezing and refrigerating of the food. Eating In recommends that all food prepared in connection with the Session be taken straight home immediately after the Session, placed in a freezer and allowed to remain frozen for a period of twenty-four (24) hours before being prepared for consumption.

Further, I do hereby agree without exception to indemnify and hold harmless Eating In, its affiliates, subsidiaries and franchisees and their directors, officers, agents, members, representatives, and employees from all responsibility for any injuries or damages I sustain, or that anyone affiliated with or connected with me in any way may sustain, in connection with or resulting directly or indirectly from my participation in the Session and the food handling procedures I, or anyone affiliated with or connected with me in any way may, employ after the Session.

Return Policy: All sales are final.

Food Allergies:   Ingredients may have been on shared equipment with wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts,  fish, and shell Fish. Please let your Eating In staff know of any allergies you may have.
