All of the entrees include a side dish. Some entrees list side dishes,
i.e., Pepper Steak with Rice,, but if you do not like the suggested side, then it can be changed. The entrees
can be packaged family style (4 servings), or for couples ( 2 packages of 2 servings each), or individually (4 packages of
1 serving each), depending on your specific needs.
Pantry Fee - A pantry fee will be included on your bill. This reflects any small amounts of ingredients are
used in the recipe. Items that we typically have on hand at our commercial kitchen include oils, butter,
condiments, spices, flour, wines, liquors, etc. This saves you money by not having to purchase containers of things that you
don't need.
Packaging
- Most meals can be packaged in vacuum seal bags which allows you to
pull your meal from the freezer and heat it up in simmering water (boiling bag method), cut the bag open and plate it, so
there are no messy pots and pans to clean. Casserole/Oven dishes are prepared in microwave/oven safe disposable
containers, so they can be heated in either the microwave or regular oven. Complete heating instructions
are included on the bag or container. The charge for these containers is the cost we pay for them, ie; vacuum seal bags are
currently $0.36/bag.

5 entrees x 4 servings = 20 meals $245 + groceries
6 entrees x 4 servings = 24 meals $285 + groceries
7 entrees x 4 servings = 28 meals $325 + groceries
8 entrees x 4 servings = 32 meals $365 + groceries
9 entrees x 4 servings = 36 meals $405 + groceries
10 entrees x 4 servings = 40 meals $445 + groceries
