Our Cuisine
Eating In clients have a wide variety of cuisines from which to choose and over 100 menu items on the personal chef menu.
12 different personal chef entrees on the meal assembly menu each month, and catering menus varied to fit any taste or occasion.
Our offerings range from Southern favorites to International cuisines. We frequently work with clients on special
diets such as Atkins, Weight Watchers or just low-fat or low sodium.

The owners of Eating In and Creative Catering are Lesa Dowell, Kathy Needs and Lisa Hodges. We are very excited
about our assembled meals program we are offering to the area of Winston-Salem. As busy mothers, we know how difficult
it is to get dinner on the table at an afforable price. The recipes we use were developed by us and have been part
of our personal chef and catering menus for several years. We get our food from a major restaurant supplier.
Eating In is not a franchise.
Eating In - A Personal Chef Serice was founded in 1999 and has been serving clients from all over the Winston-Salem area.
The company has been featured in The Winston-Salem Journal, Winston-Salem Monthly. The Davie
County Enterprise and on the ABC 45 News. Eating In is also a member of Personal Chefs Network, Inc. In 2003 Eating
In and Creative Catering merged to form one company known as Creative Catering, LLC. We cater for numerous businesses
in the area, as well as for personal events such as weddings and anniversary parties. In January of 2006 we founded
the first assembled meals company in Winston-Salem and named it simply "Eating In".
